Rodney J. Alberto, Esq. practices in the areas of Immigration, Real Estate, Growing Business Development, Elder Law, Municipal Court, and Bankruptcy.  He is married with two children, and  enjoys family time, writing and producing original music, staying on top of cutting-edge office technology, playing various sports including tennis, golf, and basketball, and serving in the community.

• 2001 - graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Sociology.
• 2004 - obtained his Juris Doctorate from Boston College Law School and while there emphasized his curriculum in the areas of Real Estate, Zoning, and Tax Law.
• Member and former president of the Filipino-American Community of Development Center.
• Member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
• Member of National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
• Member of the Ocean County Board of Realtors.
