BIO

With over 17 years of dedicated experience in the legal field, Roderick has cultivated a distinguished career specializing in immigration law, eviction matters, and estate planning. Since earning his law degree in 2006 from the Penn State’s Dickinson School of Law, Roderick has been committed to providing expert legal counsel and compassionate representation to individuals and families facing complex legal challenges.

Roderick brings extensive experience guiding clients through the intricate and evolving landscape of immigration law. From securing visas and green cards to representing clients in deportation defense, he is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their immigration goals and ensuring their legal rights are protected.  

Throughout his career, Roderick has earned a reputation for his deep knowledge of the law, unwavering dedication to client advocacy, and exceptional problem-solving skills. He is committed to offering personalized legal solutions that meet each client’s unique needs and strives to make the legal process as clear and manageable as possible.

Roderick actively reaches out to the community, partnering with churches and participating in specialized events to assist individuals with their immigration needs, offering his expertise to those who might not otherwise have access to legal support.

Outside of his legal practice, Roderick enjoys playing basketball and tennis, and spending quality time with his family. Born and raised on the Jersey Shore, he is married with four children. Guided by his faith, Roderick strives to live and serve with humility and integrity, inspired by his belief in spreading God’s  love as a lawyer, husband, and father (Philippians 2:12; Romans 12:1-2).

Education & Experience

  • 2000 graduated from Rutgers College with double major in Sociology and Psychology and a minor in Anthropology.
  • 2005-2006 Worked for the Penn State Law School Elder Law Clinic.
  • 2006 Obtained his law degree from Dickinson School of Law, an affiliate of Penn State, with a focus on Elder Law.

  • Board Member of the Filipino-American Community & Development Center of Ocean County, Inc.
